About Suduwella Villa
Suduwella is a brand new villa, furnished with top-quality furniture, located in the middle of a private 2-acre plot of land.
Those who visit this incredible place can enjoy the luxury of four king-sized bedrooms, each with private entrances, bathrooms, and terraces. The villa can accommodate up to eight people, plus a cot.
Guests are also spoilt with crisp white cotton sheets, bath and beach towels, air conditioning, and feather-down-filled pillows. As if this wasn’t enough, the villa also has a 12-metre swimming pool. Plus, a housekeeper/cook is available on request for all meal preparations, including local Sri Lankan and European cuisine.
Wifi is available throughout the villa, and 2 bicycles for your use to explore the area.
CCTV cameras throughout the premises and on the main gate, sensor outside lights. There are 3 rescue dogs on site who mind their own business.

Living Area
The 12-metre open-plan veranda is a glorious area to relax in, with comfortable, huge sofas, handmade cushions and a dining table that seats 12 and overlooks the pool and garden. Huge high vaulted ceiling with overhanging fans, a titanium floor throughout and surrounded by fine art.
Backgammon board, cards, puzzles and games are available as well as pool floats.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, 5-ring gas cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, larder, dishwasher, washing machine, and double sink. Onali, who lives on-site in a private cottage is at hand to cook an extensive range of Sri Lanka dishes and European food if desired. Food is bought by Onali and charged at cost price and her services are charged at a super reasonable rate. Alcohol can be bought by Onali and charged at cost price.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The bedrooms all have high ceilings and are cool and airy with polished titanium floors and contemporary furniture, some built from local teak.
Top-quality 12-inch mattresses and fine linen adorn the 4 poster beds, all with mosquito nets. The two ground-floor bathrooms have outdoor showers.
Every room has air conditioning and its own private balcony. The upper floor bedrooms have far-reaching views to the sea. Wifi is in all bedrooms.
Outdoor Dining Area
The dining table is situated on the open-plan veranda and has views to the pool and garden.
The Swimming Pool
Guests will enjoy the villa’s 12m swimming pool with its huge paved decking area with 6 hand-made sun loungers with parasols.
The Garden
The gardens comprise of a jungle of trees, maturing shrubs and flowering plants including the well-known Sri Lankan bougainvillea.
There is also a hammock situated amongst the trees in the garden.
