The villa is available for exclusive, private use during the following seasons:

Peak season: 16th December to 10th February
£800 per night

High Season: 11th February to 11th April and 1st July to 31st August
£700 per night

Low season: 12 April to 30th June and 1 September to 15th December
£500 per night

Plus 10% service charge.
